When I left my previous company, i had a balance of more than $1200 unused in my card. That amount was forfeited by wageworks/healthequity after 90 days. I thought they would refund me, but customer care said pretax will be refunded to employer. Do anyone have luck claiming full or part of it by any means?? TC: 250k YOE: 13
