Had onsite 10 days ago, no word from recruiter yet, time to move on?

Had an onsite about 10 days ago, I didn’t do the design round so well. Recruiter reached out 4 days after the interview and said they are wrapping up interviews of other candidates and they will get back to me in 5 days. No word yet, should I assume a rejection and move on? TIA
