Buy an ergonomic mouse and a decent tactile feedback keyboard. Mac keyboards, especially on the new laptops, are shit and will kill your hands and fingers. Take vacations, as the above commenter suggested. Make a targeted effort to find friends outside of the tech circle. Make as many friends as you can and invest in those relationships.
