How is Hakuna Matata used at Salesforce? It sounds like a major part of their culture, but as an outsider I cannot understand it's importance. Can someone actually be successful there without this way of life? Please help #culture Edit: changed to Hakuna so people don't get confused

I’m always suspicious of companies that base their leadership principles on Disney movies.
Especially if it was based on original Disney movies when they actually made VHS tapes. Anyone remember those phallic symbols Disney VHS tapes were famous for? The artwork on those made folks blush.
