Harassment at Apple by eng manager, what to do?

Don’t know where else to go so sharing here. Long story short, this individual was an external hire a few years ago, and since then has done nothing but continuously harass members on his team. Everyone constantly lives in the fear of being fired or given a PIP. He blackmails members on his team to do exactly as he says and not talk back during meetings with other teams, otherwise “it will greatly impact our careers”. He micromanages everyone and holds 2 hour stand ups every day. He holds meetings till 7pm and if you can’t attend you are given extremely nasty feedback. He gives you tasks to complete which are extremely unreasonable, and even if you do put your blood sweat and tears to make it happen, you are given a negative performance review for “complaining about tasks and not doing them as you’re told”. He lies to his skip about everything and throws the team under the bus to make himself look better and blames us for his poor execution decisions. He’s done everything from physical harassment to mental and psychological harassment every damn day. Our top notch team lead left last year (he was a top performer at Apple for over 6+ years) because he spoke up against the manager, and was then put on a PIP and fired. A pregnant team member on our team was sent to the hospital due to the hostile environment and stress, and she had to move to a different team as he put her on PIP a day before she was going to take her maternity leave. He also let go a new grad just for speaking to his skip level about the situation. He told a team member on H1B that if he doesn’t do what he is told at any time of the day or week (including weekends) his sponsorship will be revoked and he will be sent back the next day. At this point, I am convinced Apple doesn’t give a shit about it’s employees. I know at least five people who have filed complaints against him to HR and business conduct over the years but nothing has ever happened. They just do not care. It is just so disheartening. Shittiest place I’ve ever worked for.
