What are some good resources for hardware system design / architecture interview preparation? Looking for any MOOC (Coursera, edx etc), YouTube videos, books, university courses etc for this. I'm prepping hardware roles and want to brush up on fundamentals as well as high level tradeoffs in architecture design. #hardware #interview #architecture #systemdesign #system
I think I may have butchered my question - the roles I'm prepping for are for Hardware System Architects.
What does HW System Architect do ? Plan board, Components, Firmware, RTL and Software stack ?

Hardware System design is pretty wide : Analog, Digital, RF, Power, Mixed Signal, PCB design, Embedded software, DSP, Computer Architecture, Communication. Exactly which topics are you preparing ?
For system architecture roles, you need a bit of everything, yeah?
Yes, you need a bit of everything, but your focus domain determines the relative quantity of the others. For example I expect an analog designer to be able to answer somewhat detailed questions about power supplies and their control loops. I don’t expect the same depth of knowledge from digital or DSP designers.
