Has Apple stopped sponsoring H1Bs?
Apple is telling me that they do not apply for H1B transfer using consular petitioning. They only support change of status. This, even if visa is in valid status. @apple Are any other tech companies doing this?

I think there is rule when a company is doing head count reduction, they can’t sponsor h1b

I think they cant sponsor gc but can still apply for h1b.
