Has anyone ever done an internal transfer and gone up a level?
Currently a P3 at Workday and some of the job descriptions of the next level, P4, match my experience and skills. Has anyone ever done the same at their company (ie. L3 to L4 internal transfer/job switch)?

Former workday here. Recently left. It is SO HARD to transfer unless youβre politically connected. Did you put these roles in your workday profile?
I went from an L2 to L3 with an internal transfer. There was a lot of red tape in my case, and the only reason it worked out was because I was decently networked with the right people. Might be easier/harder depending on the company and their policies. That being said, hard to think of a company with more red tape than Walmart π€£
