Has anyone paid tax using PayPal/credit card
IRS allows 3 third party payment processing websites to pay taxes using credit card. PayPal offers 3% Cashback on transactions. With credit card fees of around 1.8%, you end up netting aprox 1.2% Cashback. https://www.irs.gov/payments/pay-your-taxes-by-debit-or-credit-card Has anyone used any of those websites to pay taxes? I was reading some Reddit posts which looked scary where the money never reached IRS. If yes, can you please share your experience?

You pay via PayPal and then use their credit card. Check the website payusatax.com. they have an option to pay via PayPal. There you would need to pay using the PayPal credit card
