In their own words: “companies apply to hire you”. Curious how that works and if anyone has tried it.
Works great
Doesn't though
Please do share why? :) Why it does and why it doesn’t
Tried it. Didn’t get one hit.
Tried it and got two offers.
From?
Yes, pretty good
I tried it. SeatGeek was the only company that viewed me and they never called Maybe I just suck though
mostly very low quality companies with way below market offers. i declined all of them after phone screen. their ranges are 50-70k less then my current pay and i am not at those top tier companies
get pinged once in a while. no exciting jobs there. dont think it is a good place to find a good job.
A few years ago Hired got me interviews with Amazon and few other tier 2 companies, which resulted in offers. I didn’t accept them though, other options were better.
Pretty good experience. I had 2 phone interviews for relevant roles and a few that I refused. Doesn't cost you anything to try. It costs companies so they will handle you well.
