Has anyone worked with tech YouTubers or knows if they’re good engineers?
Think *THE* TechLead, Joma, etc. Just wondering how they are in person and if they’re actually good at coding and things like that. George Hotz is a genius though.

Yeah I know he’s an ex-Google lead who worked at Google on Google products in the Google building, but I’m wondering if this ex-Google tech lead who worked at Google did good work at Google and if he’s generally a good engineer outside of Google.
I believe he is. Also imho a lot of times being a good software engineer is overrated.
