It helps you clarify and prioritize your problems. You still have to work on it. Itβs a long road to addressing them, sometimes itβs a life long wound that can be managed, but not cured

I agree. Iβd say it mostly gives you good tools to deal with things you encounter, and also a truly neutral person to talk things out with. Both of these points assuming you have a good therapist/counselor

It takes years to see the effect. But it's still better than nothing.
silent meditation helped me more than therapy. I introspected so much that I became my self therapist.
