They should identify 1 email and keep adding job portals with that like sso. Stupid fking people who never thought of this
That would make it way more bearable
I almost never apply if see workaday. It's like farting into candidates' faces
It's so disappointing
Yeah and that’s 1 reason I never applied to nvdia. Companies using workday should be stop using for recruitment
Workday is a happy company for a reason
I sometimes wonder if workday has only interns for their engineering workforce
How does Workday not have a single login/profile that can be used to apply for all companies? It makes zero sense.
You people are morons and don't understand how tight Workdays tenanted data approach is and what it actually does. The company using Workday has a huge amount of control over the data and the features turned on and off. It's literally not up to Workday how those variables are implemented. In each case when you apply to that firm, they own the data and are responsible for it. It's easy to make Workday more accessible for recruitment purposes but those companies choose not to. If you aren't bothered to spend a few minutes applying to NVIDIA or whatever, then ultimately they probably are unlikely to care much about your lazy ass. Also Workday is not LinkedIn, it's a completely different tool. Recruitment is only a tiny part of the platform. If you think of it more like a platform or than a single website, it makes more sense.
Here's an idea: use a diff tool for recruiting/apps. Nobody's knocking its use case for hr/payroll mgmt
You can actually use a different tool with it if you want
Also Workday's UX might be shitty...until you see the alternatives like Oracle and SAP which look practically Soviet Union.
Consider this: how many people won’t bother with the effort to create the account and battle the resume parser? Those are all people you suddenly aren’t competing with for that position. If it were easier you’d be competing against many more people for the same role.
It’s the absolute worst. I love when companies use greenhouse or just LinkedIn easy apply.
Love those
