Looking to start working on passive incomes sources so as to take break if necessary when I have kids. I am a woman and dont want to overwhelm with all responsibilities and job. I have started youtube faceless channel, achieved monetization criteria in 2 months and will keep working on it to grow. Anyone tried this to give some tips on how to scale it or convert it into affiliate marketing income ? Any other passive income sources information is welcomed. As far as savings go, i have invested in private equity firm with around 16% returns per year. So that will add up as passive income. Edit: looking to make minimum 10k per month. #sidejob #gig

What is a faceless channel?
rental ?
Have you considered buying other people’s side hustle’s and growing them? You can buy youtube channels, Amazon stores, blogs, apps etc.
I checked into other Amazon stores… too costly. I even did some digging into FBAs but me and my husband travel alot and i might start working on FBA once we settle down. But i will look more into buying something which can give higher returns that my investments.
How is YouTube a passive income? You basically work your ass for peanuts (with 3 exceptions) Any waiter job will pay better per hour than working for rich tech companies... This is how they get rich, but getting free employment.
There were few reasons for this… First the channel i created, I really love the niche of it. So its not a work for me, i love doing it. Second, i was looking for a way to convert it as source of affiliate marketing which can earn higher commissions. Third, i might even start blogging out of it. Forth, i love the high it gives when you see your videos are getting certain views. I know social media highs are not so great but my job doesnt give that high anymore. Any ideas on which could be good ROI passive income from your pov ?
I know that's how they hock you. Dopamine instead of money, but it is not a job or investment, more of leisure so don't get tricked into thinking otherwise. Other passive investment: Get good money, and invest in index funds. Get rich slow. Alternatively get a mortgage, buy a property and rent it.
How much did you need to put your money in the PE firm?
One has to have 1 million net worth in joint assets. My savings and my husband’s combines to tht.
Passive income is only passive after you've put in a good amount of active work.
If your PE investment returns can hit 16%/year, that's pretty good. This is passive return (not necessarily income though). What's your blog topic and blog platform (like Wordpress)?
I haven’t started working on blogs. But thats my husband’s niche. I will just be transforming his info to blogs. Like i will do all research, writing and stuff. And yes after PE investments, i feel ROIs are best with no efforts. I can make better returns but it involves so much digging. That time i can use somewhere else .
You need to dig on PE investments? Why is that? Normally PE firms have long lock-in time so that they would keep your capital for many years. You don't need to do anything. You probably referred to different PE types, which is more active.
Care to share your yt channel here? Might be able to get more views and monetization
