Heathcare FB vs MS
Wife works at FB and I work at MS. We have two kids. Anyone in a similar situation? Which companies health benefits would you recommend we use? TC 220k

I think FB covers employee for free, so just have kids on MSFT and zero taken out of FB salary ?

Health insurance is for protecting your money, not your health. Use whichever makes better financial sense

Noted on the $. The thing I've heard is that FB health is more of a pain in the ass a than MS. I think with 4 people it becomes a wash. So I'm really asking if anyone is in this situation and has experience today share.
