I work in SF and want to move overseas to Melbourne, Australia towards the end of the year. I changed my LinkedIn profile to say I was interested and have a visa that would allow me to work 6 months somewhere without a Visa and eventually get one sponsored. I had one interesting outreach but it didn't go anywhere. Would you hire a headhunter/personal recruiter to help you move your career overseas? How would you start to get interviews overseas in tech jobs otherwise? Any other recs?
