After being laid of early this year , I have managed to get 2 offers Location : Singapore 1. Accenture [Senior Manager]: $222k base , 37k jb ,15% target bonus 2. Data consulting startup (3 year old, funded as well cash positive ) [Manager] : 198k base , no jb , 2 months salary as bonus Both the processes started in late Dec, Accenture was super slow in conducting interviews and feebdback , I have just received the preliminary offer which I accepted a week back and still waiting for the formal offer, chasing the HR and receiving response as in progress. Following the final offer , I would have to do the background checks (any idea how long it takes ?) , next will be Visa application (EP), which again looks like a 1.5 -2 months thing, although I am in no rush. The startup was done with interviews in Jan , the HR was in touch all the while, but waited for the offer until they signed a project last week.I have to confirm the offer by this Friday. I am thinking on the following lines 1. There is approx 60k difference between Accenture and the startup , financially Accenture makes more sense 2. I am worried about the stability at the startup given the dependencies on external projects where as 3. How long does Accenture take to release an offer , will they back out in between? I don’t want to accept an offer and later decline it , this will simply burn the bridges and the market in Singapore is really small TC : 0 YOE : 16 y #singapore #accenture #data

is this a management consultant leadership type of role ?
