Help me choose between VMware and Palo Alto Network offers

Hi Blinders Please help me choose between VMware and Palo Alto Network offers - VMware Team: VMC Position: Staff Engineer 1 Base: 287K Bonus: 20% RSU: 350K / 4 Years Sign On: 20K Stage: Final offer take it or leave it. Palo Alto Network Team: Expanse Position: Senior Principle (T10) Base: 250K Bonus: 20% RSU: 500K / 4 Years Sign On: None Stage: PANW promised to match VMC TC exactly but no more than that. Final offer. I have 6 years of experience in Cisco as Technical Leader (Grade 011), overall 16 years out of which 8 years in India. Please help me choose.
