Meta if you can join in June. RSUs calculated using the average of the PREVIOUS month of your start date. So any start date in May is gonna use the higher April average, which will reduce your TC right from the start.
Saw posts saying people got piped from DD bc higher TC than others.
I would say SNOW might have more equity upside but who knows. Databricks might demolish them
