Looks like 170 base and remote is a better offer. Your entire income will be eaten into with the cost of living adjustment.
Office culture is dead at WF- you will be in an empty office on video calls all day. Morale is terrible as well.
Optum is very good about work life balance. And i find it hard to believe that you have 170k base and no bonus + stock options. What grade is your position ?
