Help me evaluate the offer

I recently started looking for new jobs and just got an offer for DS role Base : 120k Bonus :7%+ variable Location: Arlington VA and relocation paid Current TC is just peanut. I have 4 yoe of exp in data science. Is this a good comp with my yoe?? I am in middle of interviewing for PayPal, Dell, Expedia and Red Hat.
