Help needed for salary negotiation at Northern Trust

Hi all, So Recruiter mailed me that I got the offer for Data Scientist role at Northern Trust(chicago) and he wants to hop on a call. Before the interview he said base salary would be 150k with 7.5% bonus. I didn't want to negotiate with him at that time for bonus(felt that was low) and etc before going into the interviews. Now that I have the offer I need tips on how I can negotiate or ask for better numbers? I am also looking for pointers on what all factors and benefits should be considered while discussing the offer (joining bonus, not sure abt stocks for employers with this company )? This is tbh my first proper salary negotiation as earlier I was bound to have whatever companies offered due to visa issues and opt windows closing in. TIA for any tips and advice. Current Base : 106k (no stocks or anything else just 401k ) Total Exp : 5+ yrs
