Help on evaluating swe offer
Current TC at ansys 110k base +11k bonus + 10k stocks Yoe 8years New offer at siemens eda or mentor graphics Base: 131k+ 13k bonus Worth switching positions? Ansys has lot of uncertainty since some parts of ansys overlaps with synopsis, so not sure it's worth waiting another year to find out if I am getting axed or not. Had a similar offer from cadence too so I think it helped.

@YDQP2 does enforce Ansys no compete clause strictly? i remember signing this during joining or they dont care much about the small fish
I have an upcoming interview with cadence. Gonna try to leverage siemens offer to get over 150k. I am fine with making less if it means I can work without getting stressed
