Over the past month atleast 10 of our clients have been logged out of their instagram accounts for "unusual activity". Usually after 24 hours we would submit an appeal form and have the accounts restored. But now, even after a few weeks all appeal forms still say "Go to Instagram and confirm it's you before requesting a review", but they already did. * I have attached a screenshot below. So is this a UI error? Or did Instagram forget to confrm their accounts? Any advice or help would be appreciated because this is destroying our client base. TC: +125 I be makin moves 🙋🏽♀️
Are your clients by chance posting questionable / misinformative content? Edit: oh wait, nvm. Meta’s content safety programs wouldn’t catch that.
No sir, they are mostly music artist and branding agencies. Their are no violations in their account status.
