Iam trying to help out out a Meta friend who worked at Meta for working less than a year but was wrongfully terminated. They gave out the details to and me, it seems like some form of discrimination occurred that they have been singled out. Along with some other details which they dont feel like I should disclose including the vendor's details on this post. They were based in the UK so this person is going through the ACAS process to hopefully get some attention and to put their situation in a better light. Which also means going through an Employment Tribunal if the worse case scenario should arise. Can someone from HR Meta get involved and provide unbiased information and give some form of assistance to provide this information to ACAS such as the Tasks they have generated? As they were told, there is a way to enable more people on the ACAS form to get more people involved. Iam hoping it gives this person a fighting chance. Is there a stock HR email address such as hr@meta that they can CC in on the conversations so it shows Meta there were some wrong doings at the Vendor side? Thanks all in advance. #meta #hr #hrissues
