1. Bunch of liberal arts majors getting hired as PMs fresh off college, who can't even fucking run a simple script. These arts majors dipshits delegate everything to engineering teams who pick up the paltry work the dipshits were hired to do. Overhiring leads to deflated wages and higher layoffs. 2. L66/67 managers who delegate everything to subordinates and then take credit for everything. Most of them have no communication skills or emotional intelligence. They build empires for personal growth and hire dipshits like liberal arts majors who present no threat to them. Someone should audit this fucking company..its a joke.
