Put most of it in mutual funds, stocks and real estate assuming you have no responsibilities from parents side. Btw how come you work at Microsoft and still TC is 10 lpa?

MF + Stocks (nse bse nasdaq) + Bank FDs + Corporate FDs + Bonds + Savings a/c+ Crypto. The main thing is to decide what ratio is okay with you. What is your risk appetite? Learn that, then divide & conquer. Diversify. No real estate though. Pretty much all of the metris have more supply than demand for the upcoming years. So, if you want real estate; don't consider it as an asset for now; just a luxury item for self. Probably read rich dad poor dad to get some more insights. He was big on real estate investments back then; but clearly helps clarify the difference
