Hi, I got a positive feedback from the screening round and i should be interviewing on-site in a week or two. But the process looks quite atypical (in a good way). I had phone screen .. the person was nice to talk to .. then I did take home assignment .. I thought I had written well documented nice working code. But to my surprise it came back as No-go from carta .. wonder if anyone got any feedback from them
Hi what was the nature of this take home assignment? How much time limit did you have to complete it?
Simple coding assignment.. nothing super difficult..not timed .. but its open ended .. and there is no feedback ..
