But. I found the company on LinkedIn, and I found the actual man, who wrote to me on LinkedIn as well. The email is: Onboarding Process onboardprocess.interview@gmail.com The company Vista Wine & Spirits. Looks really strange. The sent me the list of the questions. Questions are legit , but the whole process seems suspicious =)))) Trying to understand what to do? Write him on LinkedIn? Ask about this situation? Ps - I realize that it is a scam. But if they use real names and real companies, should I inform these people about this situation ?
you don’t need to get involved in any manner if it’s a scam. delete the email and move on.

It’s only a scam if they’re trying to get money, personal info, unauthorized access, free work out of you, etc. Maybe message him on LinkedIn with a few questions of your own and the moment any of those points start to show then back off and report it. I wouldn’t click on any links in the email unless you’ve verified their legitimacy.
Yes , I understand it, but the next step after my answers I think would be "provide your SSN etc"))) Yep, I think I'll message him on LinkedIn.
