How do you like AWS Elemental? How does it compare to rest of AWS (culture, on-call, etc..)?
I like it! I transferred from consumer so I haven’t been in another AWS org. It was acquired 5-6 years ago but still has its own distinct culture. Some teams have really gnarly Oncall but there are some without. I’ve been here less than 2 years but from what I can see promos take longer. Generally speaking, It’s a good place to be!
