Snap pays me 400k/yr as an L4 with 4 YOE. I work 12-14 hours a day under a lot of pressure. Already thinking about finding the next gig once market picks up. Wondering if there’s company with good wlb and can pay about the same range. I can grind for interviews but don’t want to work for more 8 hours a day with constant stress and office politics

Sorry to hear that. There are various companies who will pay you in mid 200s and give better WLB. Sometimes you just need to pick mental health and family above paycheck. Cut down on your debt and lead a happy life. It's less stressful

Personal opinion: WLB is what you make of it. I’ve been at Microsoft and Meta and as a senior/staff making $400k+ I’ve never worked more than 6hrs a day. Focus on high impact work, doesn’t matter how long or short it takes you to finish it.
Google , maybe a little less but same ballpark and way better WLB at least during normal times.

Change teams maybe? There are plenty of teams at Snap (especially under Bobby) where you can get shit done without being in a pressure cooker.
