Highest base salary for a mechanical engineer in seattle?

I’m looking to leave Boeing after 6+ years of service as a manufacturing engineer in search for more money. What would be some good companies to consider that pay high but don’t demand too much? I still want a good work life balance. Thanks I’m advance! Im currently working on a masters in mechanical engineering btw

Idk how they pay but Blue Origin is out there, obviously Microsoft is too, Amazon for pay but not for demand

Don't you need to pay the company back your master degree? Blue Origin or Microsoft for better pay and good WLB. Amazon or Meta for even more pay but worse WLB.

You are going to have a tough time adjusting to a non-Boeing job. You will realize that even though pay is low-ish at Boeing, the WLB and benefits make up for some of that. Try Microsoft, they pay more than Boeing and may maintain some sort of WLB.
