Which co has the best pay in Canada ? Looking at great salaries from Splunk, Hopper, Amazon (after pay for increased). Wanted to figure out can I earn more $ with a switch outside my current co ? Yoe- 7.5 years TC - 175k CAD

You can certainly get to a high TC, especially if you are already in Microsoft. I am currently at $155K cad and just got an offer for 240k. With a Microsoft background, you can get to 300k or more.
