What is the hike per annum rate at American Airlines? I am planning to apply for Analyst Revenue Management roles which offer 70k-80k per annum and have 4 yoe.

Lol, Microsoft isn't giving any hike this year. Also the merit hike is within that 3% range in most years. And even 3% is top range.
