It’s taking them two weeks to run a background check on my 4 experiences They call your references once a day. If the reference misses a call — they call the next day. If they miss the call twice, they request a different reference or W2s (yes, even from 5+ years ago) If the reference calls them back — they don’t respond. They keep asking about my employment gaps WHILE I WAS IN COLLEGE.
