Hiring @ Airbnb
Ive heard its extremely hard to get an offer from Airbnb and im thinking about applying to the Seattle office. Do you all have any advice for securing the deal and what is typical TC for 2 YOE?

2 YOE is gonna be L3 or L4. Since you’d be on the lower end of L4 I’d guess maybe ~155 base, 300k / 4 years RSUs (75k per year in stock). Target bonus for l4 is 15% but it’s not guaranteed that the bonus program will be renewed beyond this March. I could be wrong though as this is not my situation.
