If I have multiple managers interested in interviewing me for different projects within google (same role) at different locations, are all of my interview scores discussed and seen by hiring committee, or is it only the project that gives positive feedback that is taken into consideration. This is after project-matching stage. Do I have to submit my review as well to the recruiter regarding which team I want to work for? What happens when my choice doesn’t like me back and there’s another team that I already interviewed with which is interested in me, but I didn’t pick them as my first choice. Plz suggest.
All of your interview feedback goes into the packet, including the roles you did not proceed or get selected for. If you screw up on RRK and solid for other 3 it's not an issue, but a bad mark on other 3 criteria will raise questions.
RRK? You mean if a candidate performs well on 3 out of 5 interviews, he's going to get hired?
No, I mean that if you fail an interview for another role at Google due to RRK (and are good on leadership, Googleyness and GCA) then it doesn't affect your chances for other roles at Google. However, if you fail an interview because of any of these 3 criteria, it will be tough -but not impossible- to pass hiring comittee for any other role at Google.
What is RRK?

Recruiter will tell you which teams would like to move forward with you after the conversation. Balls in your court then to decide!
