Modi is a legend, will be remembered for centuries to come
I recently bought a home in Seattle and looking for lenders. Let me know your experience with the lender and if there is significant advantage in going with preferred lenders for amazon. I'm looking for 1.) Lender name 2.) Interest rate 3.) Loan program : 30 yr fixed or 5/1 ARM 4.) Loan processing exp: was there delay in closing etc
I think op forgot to type the words that might clarify their situation.
Check out better mortgage they have competitive rates
First tech is a bitch, I had bad experience with them. I went with everbank. They had lowest rates and 2.5 week closing end to end with much lower closing costs.
Are we just going to ignore the fact that OP’s question doesn’t make any sense?
Before buying house, most folks just get pre qualification done to check waters. It's perfectly fine to choose lender after making an offer.
I think you got something backwards
OP might have bought a home still in construction... Or pre construction stage... where all the mortgage stuff comes later.
