WA, CA will follow soon https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2024-04-25/larry-ellison-s-austin-snub-adds-to-city-s-housing-office-woes
I doubt it. The housing shortages in LA and San Francisco are not improving any time soon.
Rent has gone down recently ( in san francisco)
Its coming, one wave of layoffs remains
Until what
I hope so!
Rents are going down. New home buyers are paying wayyy to much interest and property taxes in TX. Investors know they’ll make more money in stocks and treasuries hence the selling.
Seeing more inventory in WA for sure…
I am seeing lots of listings in the Phoenix, AZ area.
As an investor, I see the upscale Phoenix market for rentals as much more desirable than Austin. Austin overbuilt and has a rental glut. As people leave and purchase prices decline, it will only get worse
Yes sell now or y’all be holding bags forever.
Paying interest on bag holding 🤣
The crash will go into the history books!
Weird way to say that housing is becoming more affordable
Unless you bought in 2022 in which case you probably owe more on your mortgage than your house is worth.
It’s coming because tech stock price started to drop
