What does Hopper offer uniqueness over the existing market players?. Their interview process is similar to FAANG style and pay is good too but when I asked Hopper recruiters of value they provide , they mentioned of their data platform. I am hopping this is not another bubble which is going to burst soon

I don’t know of the layoff in 2020 but attrition is high and people definitely get fired for seemingly no reason

Besides the pay I don’t know if the data platform is our competitive advantage anymore. our main competitor is Google flights, Airbnb and Uber and they are trying to pivot to the super app vision.
How good is their pay
A tier below FAANG but the company Valuation has increased dramatically and I don’t see that stopping anytime soon. Refreshers are only for top performers, so you may need to rely on initial stock grant. Benefits are lacking.
