Houses near Hillsdale 95124
So much crime on Hillsdale in 95124 near Target. Saw 1200 sq ft houses on streets like Julio/Kilo go for 1.6M which is > 1250 $/sqft On talking to neighbors, there have been multiple burglaries in those streets. Just curious aren’t buyers worried?

Between 85 and blossom hill used to be good back in the days which is like 4 years back pre covid

That portion of Hillsdale 95124 towards Target is a bit iffy. As you go more towards Oster and Blossom Hill, generally great areas and more expensive of course. Plus the portions you have mentioned come under the Cambrian School District not the Union School District.
