Is it real?
It's kind of true. Anyway, keep HODLing, it'll come back. It always does.
Of course the price is going to drop. Seattle city council is turning the city into Detroit. Who wants to live in a city that is hostile to business and full of homeless and drug addicts?
Full of homeless? Have you been to San Francisco? And btw, no homeless in Bellevue/Kirkland. Move!
Homeless shelter is being built in Bellevue and more to come in the Eastside.
Such posts are not allowed on blind. Very soon your post would be bombarded by home owners saying that they cannot see the price drops at all.
Incorrect, multiple home owner here. I love drops. Everyone loves shopping for things on sale. 2009 was the best and hope for a repeat but yes where do you see a pullback? Is employement down? Stock market down? Other than rising rates I think we are in for a flattening but unfortunately not going to get a big crash yet despite being due.
Price drop != big crash. # of price drops in summer was way higher than anytime last year. Buyer fatigue or rates but something has caused a drop in buyer demand and sellers greed.
Harder for foreign money to be transferred. Interest rates up. Less tax incentives. Affordability out of reach as a result. Downward pressure overall
Let the prices drop. We bought 5+ years ago before the prices went crazy. Also, let them drop every where....then I can buy more rentals and increase my passive income stream.

Spreading FUD?. The drops are for properties that have less demand (less desirable neighborhoods, close to freeways, south facing .,etc). Good properties are being sold over asking
why are south facing homes less desirable?
