How Microsoft Incentive Bonus works
Hello Guys, I got a Microsoft offer where the target incentive bonus is between 10-20%, I would like to know how realistic is to get 20% Kind Regards

20% is easily achievable from my experience. I have received 18% and 20% previous two years. I didn't put too much effort for it. It may depend on your team also.
