No shame here considering being a 40 year old with this net worth. I have come a long way! Paid my way through school and graduated from college at 26, landed my first job at 28 years. Average salary from 2010 - 2020 is ~$95k yearly. From 2020 - now: ~$170k (Including stock and bonus) Education: Bsc Industrial Engineer, Master Manufacturing Engineering, MBA from tier 2 University. Currently in FAANG and TC $270k. Married with 1 kid under 10 yrs Live in California Investments Include: Stocks, 401k, Savings, ESPP, two investments properties (Reason for high $330k liability ) What do I need to do to boost my net worth in the next 5 years? Few options under consideration: Job hopping, hire a financial investment advisor or work with JB Morgan financial planner, buy more investment properties,
Switch to Ai, go up the career ladder to director
Very good. Congrats- what was your investment strategy? Does your spouse make much
1) hop to big tech 2) TC 📈 3) ??? 4) profit
Where are your investment properties?
Toronto and Arizona
Do you own it or is it syndicate?
If you have a good WLB, don’t switch jobs. You’re already making decent money. Not easy with wife and kid, but save as much as you can. Invest in stocks and once RE market makes sense or there’s a good investment opportunity, do it. Compound it.

I am starting to think Chinese interviewers currently fail non-Chinese candidates on purpose.
I can’t help bc I don’t make much. But can I get a referral to UA?
