Can't believe there's no thread on this yet. I feel like Biden took a big step back. Thoughts?

I saw a Googler ( Male ) hit a lady multiple times in the cafe, should I report?
Biden stumbled, Bernie was irrelevant as ever, and Kamala won. Runners up were Buttigieg and Warren.
What about yang??
Dude ubi is impractical unless you're Saudi Arabia. He was asked how to come up with 3.2 trillion and he suggested vat which amounts to 800 bn. Where's the remaining 2.4 trillion coming from?
Biden and Bernie look surprised the rest of the democrats moved further left than them
Biden is not and has never been far left. Biden is the most pragmatic and sane out of everyone. Ever since the dems saw the success of aoc and bernie it has been a mad dash for the far left. They're all competing on who can have the most crazy ideas.
^ agree. It doesn't bode well for the general
let yang speak
He got chance to speak three times and repeated his 1k/mo slogan everytime π
he didn't scream over other candidates like the blonde lady and was unnoticeable as the result
It was obvious that Biden and Bernie were the establishment favorites, but the media and debate hosts wanted Kamala to look the best. I also think the free health care for illegal immigrants scene, where everyone raised their hand and said they supported it, will be great for Republican 2020 adds.
They didn't say "free" they said "coverage". Doesn't that mean they could potentially pay for it? Now if they're illegal to begin with I don't know what would compel them to actually buy coverage.
Not just free health care, or "coverage" but removing ice and decriminalize illegals, such that we now have 100k+ migrants/month added to the plan you are subsidizing. Utter insanity that will lose them the election
Universal healthcare is a great philosophy. But I don't like the anarchist approach from Bernie. Biden is old and has baggage. Americans are not ready to see a LGBT candidate or a woman as president yet. Right is too far right... By 2020 Trump will pump so much hatred that there could be possible many more civil disobedience events, hatred induced crimes and yet Dems will not have a strong candidate. Yesterday it was good to hear Kamala and Pete but is America Great Enough to accept them as Great President or choose Trump once again?
Left is so far left that obama looks right now. Alt-left
Extremism is bad on both sides. Boundaries are just logical constructs which are getting etched in DNA of both extremes. That will hurt prosperity.

I ended up discovering and loving how Tulsi Gabbard's been approaching the campaign. Here's a compilation of her talking points from the debate - https://youtu.be/QeiDiSoWA1I
Good more people need to discover people like Tulsi, who won't sell out American public to military industrial complex
Donβt waste time on thus discussion...We all know this is waste of time and money...TRUMP is coming in 2nd term also
This app is filled with rich people, they are probably all Republicans going to vote for Trump, while preaching their, "global warming is fake" and "fuck the poor, less tax for me" crap
Yes because all rich people are Republicans you totally nailed it π
Yep. Google is like 99% Republicans voting for Trump. Very rich people. Oh wait...
Trump 2020 Sanders is trying to steal my yolo wallstreetbets money and give it to gender studies majors
