How accurate and true is glassdoor review?
i just got an offer from palo alto network recently and I compare the company reviews on glassdoor. i found out that it has a lot of bad reviews recently due to mid level management. How true are these review? I compared my ratings for my past companies and I felt that glassdoor rating kind of match up with my experience especially when the reviews number are > 100. Is there any other website like glassdoor which i can count on si i can make an informed decision?

Glassdoor is pretty accurate in my experience on specific reviews about a company. but keep in mind that it’s heavily curated. - By that I mean a lot of reviews could have been taken down or not allowed at all in the first place - Fake reviews to offset the bad reviews Easy way to spot a believable review is to look at helpful votes.
Not sure how it was before but It’s a good company now
