Houses in Bellevue are almost going above 12% than listing price. How are appraisals coming in that area?

Usually homes in that kind of market will come in at offer price. They’re based on comp sale price in the past 3 months. Be careful if you get an especially high offer bid. Ask that they waive the appraisal contingency.

As long as you can cover the difference in case the appraisal is less you shouldn’t have any problems.
