I thought Atlassian was cool. Never heard of anyone rating Cisco above any company.

Good offers. Atlassian has a higher TC with a high base, which I would prefer, unless there is a specific tech stack you are looking for that Twilio/Cisco offers.

What team in Twilio? The company is good overall but there are rough spots.
Unless you’re in an acquisition BU working on Eng team that’s mostly non-Indian, I would recommend hard avoiding Cisco. Cisco Engineering is run by the Indian Mafia and is not an environment that respects competence or quality, but instead is built on backroom relationships, nepotism, casteism, and mediocrity.
What level Cisco ? I think for senior they can go more. My friend got 400k tc and it’s remote
Did you have trouble in team match? I heard there a lot stuck in team match
I would recommend cisco compared to others as salary is pretty much same. As you will get wlb more in cisco and can prepare heavily for next level companies to move for higher salary. In the meantime if u want to do side projects for knowledge, you can do within cisco
