How can I be present while waiting to hear back?

Currently a contractor and it is ending first week of June. My prev experiences r PMs so I am switching to BI. Had final round interview yesterday for a jr. BI role, full-time. Felt like it went well, convo flows. Recruiter called asking for feedback and said no feedback from the team yet and unsure if they still wanna interview others and talked compensation…i said we can discuss that if i get the offer. Currently waiting to hear back and it’s annoying feeling. I am a us citizen so I can get unemployment and do have savings, so its not like my situation is life/dead. I just want to feel present and not worrying abt the things I can’t control. Ive been thru this before but urg just venting. Thanks for tuning in Yoe 6 Tc 130k
