How can I get hired at Nvidia?

Been applying for years but never any luck. I’ve had two first round interviews in the past but that was 2 years ago. The only people who seem to get in either knew the hiring manager, had 15 conference papers, or converted after their internship. Suggestions welcome 🙏🏻 #nvidia
